These recipes are all based around clean eating and real nutrient rich food. All the recipes are made using ingredients that are as close to their natural state as possible. We use one-ingredient foods, no long label ingredient lists, additives and preservatives and ingredients you can’t say or spell.

Our meals are made using meat, seafood, vegetables, eggs, fruit, nuts and seeds, fermented foods and good quality fats. Buy organic if possible or where you can.

Our recipes are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Sometimes the end result doesn’t look that pretty (or that may be my photography) ☺ but they are very tasty and good for you.
